Payment and Cancellation Policy

How quickly can I get an A.TR certificate through you?

We usually complete the process on the same day. If your documents are complete, your A.TR certificate is prepared within an average of 1-3 hours and sent to you by email. We give priority to urgent cases.

Which documents do I need to send to get an A.TR certificate?

Exporter company details, invoice, customs declaration, and a document showing the origin of the goods are sufficient. If any documents are missing, we inform you immediately so the process is not delayed.

Is the A.TR certificate only valid for EU countries?

Yes, the A.TR Certificate is only valid for exports to European Union countries. For exports to non-EU countries, a EUR.1 certificate is issued.

Do you handle the certificate approval or do I need to do it myself?

We handle the entire approval process on your behalf. We obtain the customs administration or Chamber of Commerce approval electronically and prepare your certificate. You only need to provide us with the required information.

What should I do if there is an error on the A.TR certificate?

If there is a spelling or information error on the certificate, you can contact us immediately. Depending on the situation, we cancel the certificate and issue a new one. We make all corrections on the same day to prevent problems at customs.
